Power, Lighting & Heating
Whether setting up in a large back garden or a field in the middle of nowhere we can set up full heating and electricity provision using reliable generators that can run lights, heating and general power for your caterers, bar or DJ.
Marquees alone are really just a fabric building; the furniture and decoration that goes inside is often the most important element in looking the part for any occasion.
We provide all kinds of furniture like tables and chairs as well as staging areas, carpeting, dance floors and chandeliers to create everything from a conservative business presentation location to a fun birthday party or very special wedding.
Toilet facilities can be easily provided nearby, either as individual units or specialist portable prefab units with a number of cubicles inside.
We set up and install for any requirements your caterer may have, or can even suggest caterers providing a wide and varied range of menus to suit all tastes and occasions. Catering can make or break a party or event so you can be assured that we are experienced in working alongside other suppliers and giving them everything they need.
A full licensed bar can be easily incorporated into any marquee layout ready to be stocked with draught beers, wines and spirits behind a traditional, solid wood bar area. Just like the catering we can suggest local licensed bar suppliers to bring in the staff and drinks.
Health & Safety
All electrics comply with BS7671, PVC covers are fire tested to BS7837, linings are fire tested to BS5438 2A & 2B, solid GRP walls are fire tested to BS476 and the marquees remain stable for the design wind load specified by BS6399: Part 2. All certificates can be supplied on request. Where the marquees cannot be pinned down normally, additional anchoring ballasts can be supplied.
